Returns Policy

 

At Emmalee Rose Creations, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please review our returns policy below.

 

Returns Eligibility

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange if 30 days have passed since your purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

 

Please note, personalised products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Partial Refunds

In some cases, only a partial refund may be granted (if applicable), including:

- Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts not due to our error.

- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received your returned item. We will notify you if your refund is approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a specified number of days.

 

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please:

1. Check your bank account again.

2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is posted.

3. Contact your bank, as there may be a processing delay.

Sale Items (if applicable)

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please contact us at emmaleerosecreations@gmail.com and we will organise this for you.

 

Shipping

To return your product, please send an email to emmaleerosecreations@gmail.com and we will advise you of our postal address. 
 

You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

 

For items over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
